No, Atlantis was in a warm area, around egypt and cyprus. Maybe you're thinking that people with blonde hair blue eyes LIVED in Atlantis, but i don't think they originate from there. Blonde hair and blue eyes come from northern Europe becuase of the climate. It it very dark in Northern Europe and blue eyes can apparently see better in the dark.

People with blue eyes and blond hair are usually Scandinavian or from the northern Baltics.

Actually they came over on the Mayflower and bred in the United States...that's where different hair color was layed on U.S. soil and it bloomed.
