Ok so I met this grl from NM and I live in ID, she and i are, well lets just say tight. Do you think it's because of the manipulator making hte person believe they are guilty even though they have not done anything or is it because the person being made to feel guilty is really guilty? I have no idea if this made sense lol.

I have a major crush on this guy named Jake but thr thing is I want him to know and not know. He sits in front of me in math and there are two people and a walkway between us in science. So at the beginning of the summer I met a new female friend(who has been in an on & off relationship for the past 2 years) through some friends. We started hanging out a lot and getting to know each other. She had a long distant relationship which she hasn't been happy about for the last couple of years, this was obvious to all. My question is this. On one phone conversation with her, out of the blue, she told me that "you're the enlightened one reincarnated into your body". Her family is Buddhist and if you aren't familiar with Buddhist, here's the 101 on it. The enlightened one is basically the 'god' in short who comes back into life every life cycle. Why she told me that I don't know. Is it that she wants some guy to get her out of her crappy relationship and doesn't know how? coz that's the only thing I can think of. We're both in our 30's.

im pretty sure i have generalized anxiety disorder along with avoidant personality disorder or one of the other but i dont know what to do. i dont feel comfortable telling my parents because i know they will think im just exagerating and sometimes i try to convince myself that im just insecure like many other teenagers. i looked into those disorders and they describe me perfectly but im scared to get help
