Did you know that the animals we eat are very complex creatures? They can feel pain and are very social. So knowing that, is there any justification for slauterhouses. And please don't tell me that they provide food for us. Millions of people live vibrant heatly lives on a vegetarian diet. Please go the website below to witness the suffering of these innocent animals.

I found it crawling around near my computer and so I snapped a picture of it, after I put him on a piece of paper so you can see it better. Sorry about the poor quality - my cam is a cheap one. This thing is pretty small, smaller than a dime.
Will these things attack me while I am sleeping and do they usually hang out in large herds? Or is this one a lone wolf?
What should I do with it. It seems to be sleeping right now.

Are other animals ticklish? I suspect that chimpansees may be, but I'm not sure.
Or it this purely a human sensitivity?

Because their core temperature fluctuates with environmental temperature, do they even notice? Do they get agitated when it is hot out? Humans and warm-blooded creatures obviously do not like very hot or very cold weather. But what about cold-blooded creatures?

I think it was a mother ringtail possum and it's baby. All that's left of both is the head, stomach and intestines and a smear of blood. I noticed the first when hanging out the washing under the house. The other was near the carport. Foxes have been seen in the area. I can't imagine a cat eating such a big meal. Any suggestions?

I tried asking this question before and just got yelled at by a bunch of people telling me how stupid it is to try to interact with a wild animal, especially a big cat. Before you yell at me some more, though, listen. I am NOT going to ever buy/touch/get close to a big cat, nor am I saying that anyone should. I know they're better off in the wild and that lots of people treat them cruelly and they're life-threatening if you get close, etc. etc. etc. BUT
I am writing a FICTION novel that has big cats in it (not endorsing interaction with wild animals, by the way), and I want to know for purely THEORETICAL purposes, what your most interesting moment was interacting with one or more big cats. I will give a "thumbs-down" to anybody who chews me out about the evils of interacting with big cats, because I'm NOT DOING IT, and NOT GOING TO DO IT, and NOT ENDORSING IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you very much.

I found an article about making cows and sheep more environmentally friendly using roo stomachs, I'm wondering what the moral and ethical issues would be associated with such a thing, religious imput wouldn't be so bad either.

I'm wondering what other people views of this would be.

debate whether it's positive or negative if possible
