I think what you want to know is how closely related they are.

Snails and slugs are gastropods and are closely related to each other. As a group they are related to clams and their relatives on one hand and octopi, squid, nuatilli, and cuttlefish on the other. Together these are all Mollusks in the phylum mollusca.

Leeches are segmented worms (Annelida) more closely related to earth worms than mollusks.

Not unless you consider their family to be Kingdom Animalia. But in terms of the taxon "Family", not even close.

Snails are a paraphyletic group, since there are various major types, including the air breathing Pulmonates, which includes the land slugs. Snail and slug taxonomy is in constant flux, they are very interesting creatures with much to teach us about themselves.

Phylum: Mollusca
Class: Gastropoda
Subclass: Orthogastropoda
Superorder: Heterobranchia
Order: Pulmonata

Most sea slugs are Order: Nudibranchia

Leeches are a type of annelid (segmented worms).

Phylum: Annelida
Class: Clitellata
Subclass: Hirudinea

They aren't even all in the same Phylum. Snails and slugs are closely related (Phylum Mollusca and Class Gastropoda). Leeches are from the Phylum Annelida and their class is Hirudinea.
