No fish have an EXOskeleton made of anything. Sharks have an endoskeleton made of cartilage.

I agree with previous answers. Insects have exoskeletons, Sharks have endoskeletons of cartilage. Its pretty shady if your teacher was trying to trick you with a simple endo/exo question like that...
