This is going to be an extra credit question on an upcoming exam and I can't seem to find the answer. I know its not a mute swan though because i know first hand that they hiss (devil bird!). I've heard that maybe the secretary bird can't, but I can't seem to find anything searching the web. Anyone with real Ornithological knowledge know the answer?

I can...I visited my mom in Arizona, at dusk these little bats fly around the neighborhood. I can feel a ticking pulse in my eardrums as they approach it gets more and more intense. I can hear them coming before I can see them, when they are right above me, the clicking is almost unbearably loud. It is very fast, kind of like an old telephone ringing. Anybody else experience this?
