No, but they do have large breasts. Chickens are not mammals, meaning they DO NOT provide their live born young breast milk, all mammal species(females) have mammary glands.

They are birds not mammals.So I say they dont have mammary glands.

Birds do not nurse their young, and therefore do not have milk glands.
