I heard its like 73 degrees all year round from a lot of people. but some say its overcast allll the time.? can someone who knows please explain to me how the weather is and if it is overcast.

The name meteorologist indicates someone who studies meteors.
Meteors are outer space rocks, which would fall under people who study rocks, like geologist.
I would venture to say that no Weather Man/Woman has ever seen a metor, yet alone study one.
I would think a more accurate term would be "Climetologist or Weatherologist.
