Hello. Personally , I feel at my best , more alive and fresh with plenty of confidence when it is a bright sunshiney day . I even do good in the horrible heat as opposed to any gloom in the forecast. Being raised in South Carolina may have prepared me for the heat due to the incredibly high humidity in Carolina But that is my kind of day . Unfortunately , my age produces a faster exhaustion that when I was younger but I'll still take the sun over gloom. During rain , all I feel is depression and in the snow , the surreal surroundings have me in a fantasy world that I float through But when the sun comes back..." Look Out ! "

Hot summer weather. I live in Orlando, where we have 6 months of usually above 90 degree weather. It dips into the 80's occasionely. But I like the hot weather. Cold weather drains me.

i feel energetic on a beautiful day of 25 degrees with a nice little
breeze. i also feel great running through a blizzard during the winter.the best time to feel energetic is in the spring when everything in nature comes alive.

I prefer the Spring and Fall seasons. In the hot summer you cannot get comfortable because of the heat, and in the winter you cannot put on enough fabric to feel warm enough.
