Apparently hurricanes have been seen to generate micro instances of what appears to be time travel. I have read of pieces of straw being found impaled in a solid object such as metal or wood in the aftermath of a hurricane. I lost this reference and wonder if anyone out there has heard anything about this. As I recall the tremendous speed of the vortex was thought to be relevant. Any info on this phenomena?

Doing waves in Physics. I have to know this to avoid embarrassment as my brother (4 years my junior) is closest so far, something to do with waves not being totally reflected. It's kind of a competition between all of us A-level physicists, and my little brother, who likes stealth bombers! I would really appreciate an answer because a guy in the year above who's just got into Oxford uni didn't have a clue. Is this cheating? Help!

To filter out a mono component, It gives good results to subtract one one wave from the other, the resulting waveform will have any underlying sound that are identical in both channels muted.

Can you think of a way to filter out these mono sounds? (keeping only the sounds that repeat in both channels?)

I know the direction is left. That's obvious. The thing that is confusing me about this problem is the extra voltage. I'm not sure what to do with it in helping me find the current. If there was only one, then I would definitely know how to do it.
