i have a science paper and i know what im going to write for a part of it, but i dont know which word is right(i think its either fast or slow but its something like that)

when you add energy to a liquid, the particles go ____________ so the temperature of the liquid rises.

faster...try it by boiling water...it starts to boil which mean the particles are moving

When any type of energy is added to a liquid; such as, water, then the particles start to move rapidly with an increase in temperature.

basically: increas. nrg in H2O, increas particle movement, increas temp.

Hint: Also, u might want to relate ur paper to law of conservation of energy..., nrg cannot be created nor destroyed....those would b some nc topics

The molecular (particle) motion increases with addition of energy such as heat.
