Like if your toaster was picking up signals from outer space or food was disappearing out of your microwave and being replaced by different food. If you wanted to figure out what was causing this to happen and you suspected that the wiring in the house might be creating some sort of strange force field, how would you go about investigating?

Ok so my question is, if you had a sphere completely closed off and mirrored on the inside. There is a source of light placed on the isde and truned on for say 5 seconds. Would the light continue to relfect and never discipate? Forever bouncing back and forth until it was let out? or would it slow down over a long time and eventually hover in the center of the ball. or none of the above?

I would like to use this fan while travelling. I have a converter for voltage (240 to 120) but nothing to convert Europe's 50 cycle (Hertz) current to 60 cycle. If the voltage is converted to 120 but the cycles are left at 50, will the fan run 17% slower? or overheat? or just not work!
