i find this theory fascinating, but i have no reference point as far as whether or not it gets taken seriously, if you're not familiar with it, in the 70s, a botonist named Terrence Mckenna smoked some DMT in the amazonian rainforest, and a hallucinatory voice told him to investigate the I'ching. when he did, he found that if you apply a mandelbrot fractal equation to the iching hexagrams, a timewave that ends on dec 22 2012 (same day as mayan calendar ends) emerges.

- If homosexuality is genetic, why can't they procreate? "Nature's way of controlling population" is hardly a satisfying answer. That can be accomplished with abstinence, (dispite the fact that most hat that term).

- If homosexuality is genetic, is it an evolutionary flaw? What thriving species cannot, in some way, procreate?

- If homosexuality is not genetic, what is the cause?

I believe they are used to detect certain types of cellular activity. However, doesn't radioactivity within healthy live cells pose a threat to them? Isn't there a chance that they will mutate the cells or even kill them? Why do we use this is medicine even though we no it could be dangerous?

I was going through my son's room today, and found a cigar box with a bunch of razor blades, some straws cut in half, and 2 small baggies of white powder. I asked him about and he said that it was a science experiment he was working on for school. He became very evasive, and said it was top secret. I am just curious what he is working on.
