In the Term of figer of speech then ya you can pull someone heart out of there chest. That can really only happened if you brake there heart or just by doing something that they don't appreciate

as far as i know it's not possible except the case you are a doctor or the persons sufferers an accident and the whole torace is being destroyed. both cases involve physical risks, even death.
or you can let someone without his heart if that person falls in love with you.

You would probably crush it with the ribs if you hit hard enough. Surgeons, however remove beating hearts during some surgeries.

In karate school they teach a move to do just that. Jam your fingers under the rib cage, reach in and pull out. I never tried it. That would be murder.
