I don't think so, but if you ever are in that situation you are suppossed to hit him in the head w/ your fists and it will drive them away.

Errrm. The good thing is sharks can only attack you in the water. By the way, no one knows the answer because the person being attacked makes too much noise. Also, it's very hard to run a blind test on this one.

Sharks can't attack you out of water, they have to roll over to bite, and they can't do that on land. Think about the shape of a shark's head.
You must be thinking about crocodiles. They can come up out of the water to attack you.They growl just before they bite you. Or at least alligators do.

No the Shark does not have the ability to produce sounds as it has no vocal chords

as far as i know they don't have voicboxes so they can't growl or make any noises
