Water is leaking out of an inverted conical tank at a rate of 11000 cm^3/min at the same time that water is being pumped into the tank at a constant rate. The tank has height 6 m and the diameter at the top is 4 m. If the water level is rising at a rate of 20 cm/min when the height of the water is 2 m, find the rate at which water is being pumped into the tank.

I was working on one of my Algebra 1 worksheets when I encountered a problem that I could not figure out. The problem is below:

Miss Apple can grade her class papers in 3 hours while it takes her assistant 4 1/2 hours. If Miss Apple graded the papers for 1 hour and then left the rest of the job to her assistant to complete, how long will it take her assistant to finish grading the papers?

Thanks so much! Please try to list all the steps so it is easier for me to understand.
