Just plug those values in for x
y = (-4)^2 + 2(-4) - 3 = 5
y = (-3)^2 + 2(-3) - 3 = 0
If x = -2 == > y = -3
If x = -1 == > y = -4
If x = 0 == > y = -3
If x = 1 == > y = 0
If x = 2 == > y = 5

for x = - 4
y = (-4)^2 + 2 * (-4) - 3 = 16 - 8 - 3 = 5
