sec θ = - 2
1 / cos θ = - 2
cos θ = - 1 / 2
θ = 120° if θ is to be in quadrant 2

tan θ = 1 / √3
θ = 210° if θ is in quadrant 3

On 75, sec = 1/cos so it's the same as cos Θ = -1/2

cos 60 = 1/2 so convert it to a second quadrant angle (subtract it from 180)

1/ sqrt 3 = sqrt3 over 3. This happens when Θ= 30 for tan. So convert 30 to quad. III (add 180 to it).
