As the property is a perfect square, the square root of the area will give you one side.
The area of the property=200 sq.m
√200=√2 x √100=1.414 x 10= 14.14 metres=1414 cms
To convert,
1 foot=30.5 cms
1414/30.5=46.361feet
Hence, the property is a perfect square of side 46.361 feet.
