would it be possible to attach a thermoelectric coupling to a ammonia (absorbtion) type fridge? The TEC could absorb heat from the inside and add heat to the outside ammonia boiler, possibly not needing the gas or electric original source. The TEC would require power but overall setup may be more efficient.

A child is sleeping in a room with a breaker panel mounted in the wall just above her head. The panel is a 200 amp service. The panel is in an adjacent room. Is there any concern due to the proximity of the panel. Not concerned about shocks, just some electromagnetic waves. Like what has been rumored about high voltage transmission lines.

A 100mA supply I have, which worked fine, is now broken. I also have a 800mA supply. Since they both have12VDC outputs, but the mA outputs are different, can I swap the higher mA for the lower mA and not have a burn-out problem?

has anyone ever heard the difference between an amplifier and an oscillator? would this make a sustainable power supply? sort of like using the motion of current instead of actual current? the current loop or like a whirlpool effect?
is it not sort of seen in solar cells, this one at an RPM level?

1. 20 amp - several batteries & switchable reserves
2. 750 watt - several power inverters for ? Kilo Watts

parallel for more amps at voltage
3. 5 amp vacuum motor - ac rpm torque motor
4. 5 amp - feedback deep cycle battery charger
5. 5 amp int 50 amp out - alternator with rectifier & regulator

6. solar cell pack for recharging too possibly.

a no oil - no pollution - power supply
the ac motor driving an alternator?

I want to know what tools and parts I would need to make an electric vest. What would I need besides a multimeter to read and control amps to the heating element? What kind of wire would work best and how can I determine how long a wire I can run for the 9v battery? In other words what is the limit to how many feet of wire a 9v batt. will heat to produce a vest that will maintain enough warmth to be effective as winter wear for hunting from a stand. Some ideas about how to experiment with different ways to make a heating element that will achieve the premise of staying warm. How can I use resistors and or rheostats to control temp or a combination of both. This is something I want to experiment with and so the more diverse the ideas to reach the goal the better. Thanks in advance, I'm looking forward to the responses.

I must not know my own strength. I have several different radios that have different telescopic or telescoping antennas and I seem to have pulled one section out of its mating section on each of them.

Is there anyway to repair these antennas? I mean I can re insert the smaller portion, allong with the copper looking extra tabs, back into the larger diameter antenna portion. However, I don't know how to bend or curl the ed to the larger diameter section back into a lip in order to once again "permanently" capture the smaller section within the larger section.

Is there a special tool for this? Can you provide a link to a picture or drawing? Is there a special technique to do it using ordinary tools?

Thanks
