Depends on what kind of strength you need in the end, pot life/cure time, shrinkage, etc. Common thinners are acetone and denatured alcohol. You should probably consult the maker of the epoxy you're using for recommendations. Here's a page from West Systems about the pros and cons of thinning epoxy:

Are you going to spray the epoxy and later spray the catalyst? Or are you going to mix the two and try to spray it before it starts to set inside the sprayer?
