How much would it cost to build a full-scale replica of Neuschwanstein?

... with modern updates like steel beams, reinforced concrete supports, electrical and telephone wiring, co-axial and fibre-optic cabling, plumbing, natural gas, heating, cooling, etc.?

The 'de' site says: "Since 1990 the Free State of Bavaria has spent around 11.2 million euros on the renovation and maintenance of the castle . " ...
.. That's just about $16 Million on fixing it up!
I imagine it'd cost twice that to build from scratch.
