my friend is a kite expert. He is good at making the usual thread/rope kites. But one day he said that with the help of a toy aircraft engineer, he could build a remote controled kite.
is he just kidding me ?

I did few basic experiments with NI ELVIS in my school.
And I realized I missed something. It's about DMM.

What if I set the range of resistance less than actual resistance.
ex. If I set the range of resistance as 30k ohm
and the resistor is 300k ohm, what would I see in the screen?

I'm just curious because I know you do have to be EPA certified to use refrigerant, so how does that work with students at a HVAC class in college studying to be hvac techs.

I can't decide what I want to do with my civil engineering degree when I get out of school... As far as I know I can go into design, or I can go into something like field work or construction management. As far as I see, there is more money in design, but I think I'd enjoy being out doors on projects more. I would like the design to, but just not as much. Does anyone have any opinion on this situation...is there money in managing out in the field?

What would

y = -x
y = -x - 4

We're learning to find the distance between parallel lines. My teacher tells us to pick of the y's and she always does the top one, but it's just -x how would that work?

It is suppose to be stainless steel, we get a build up of something in this and it can be taken off with limeaway or scubbing with steel wool soap pad. I'd like to know if we can put something in the water to keep it from happening.
