Is the last term (6/2x)*sqrt(x) or 6*sqrt(x/2x) ?
The first term derivitive is 8x. The second term derivitive will of course differ based on the correct form.

Firstly you add 2+6 = 8 x 4 = 32. Now 32 over 2 means divide 32 by 2 = 16x. Always remember to add first then multiply then divide the answer by the other figure. Hope this helps.
