Is the bottom of a building flat or round? Obviously the building is on the Earth, and the Earth isn't flatten. The use a grader and other tools to prepare the ground for the building though. Is that prepared ground flat, or the surface of sphere. More importantly, how much land would a HUGE building have to cover before the people building it had to worry about the difference?

i would prefer to modify the scr so it could use a heat sink, and maybe change the transformer, and add more caps so it could hold a better charge and also cahrge faster and make a birhger flash ( i know the tube could overheat)

I am doing the drawings for my extension and it involves a load of 12V halogen lamps, transformers and various switches.

Broadly speaking, would you normally work with Live to the left of the drawing, through the switches, then transformers and lamps on the right or is it more usual to work from top to bottom?

Thanks in advance for the intelligent answers, all those who wish to just snatch a point are welcome to waste their time posting facetious nonsense

I have just a few questions for you:
1. What does PIC stand for?
2. What is it used for?

Anything else helpful about the PIC microcontroller would be great. Thank you!
