From what i understand you can't change the hz an appliance gives off and I know if you plug a 60hz appliance into a 50hz socket that it could potentially cause a burnout on the appliance, but what happens if it's the other way around? Providing you have the right adaptor, and the right transformer for the right voltage.

Am i right to assume it would be the opposite and instead of possibly causing a burnout the product will be less efficient?

The elements that are not founded in nature are mostly Inner transition metals and Transition metals, but how could there be such an element when they have to be compose with two or more substance on earth if they are made by a person. Or do those elements are about spectrum, but light is not a metal.
What would be the use of the elements that are not founded in nature? Are they useful because they have the most electrons in each of their energy levels? Does that mean they are very active? What are the use of making new hard nuclei?

Robert Bigelow the owner of the Budget Suites of America Hotel Chain is currently spending millions of dollars developing a space station that hopefully one day will act as an orbiting hotel for people to stay at. From a scientific and engineering perspective what has kept human kind from putting hotels at the bottom of the sea at all different depths? My guess is money, is it even possible?

Such as an exposed ceilieng by an electrical box/junction box. I'm not sure of the technical terms, but I've heard of high electrical frequencys or emissions making one sick. If so what would the symptoms be. Esp over a prolonged amount of time, such as 7 years.

Radar signal reflection is important to small boats. And I have seen little or no reflection from other small boats on the water.

I want my boat to have a strong bounce when I'm 3 to 10 miles out from the radar of the ships in the shipping lanes. And I would want to show up well on other small boats radar at night or in a fog.

What do you think are the best ways to get higher radar signature? What would you recommend I do?

for Starting i wil give some energy and that energy will then be converted into mechanical energy . That inturn i will convert into electrical energy. With this electrical energy i will change into More electrical energy by transformers. Now i got more electrical energy. Now i will seperate into 2 electrical energy. AC and DC. i wil use this AC for one electrical equipment. And i wil use this DC for looping back into one DC to AC convertor. Now i got AC. I will Boost this AC with Transformers again. I will return it into the System as loop input return.
When i do this , then why my system wont generate more and more electricity? All people are saying energy can neither be create nor destroyed, I accept that rule. But why this above lines wont work?

Background- I am installing a MODBUS connection from a RTU, aTelvent 2300, to a DCS for set point control of generator output for ESCC AGC (automatic generation control). I am using Dymec multimode fiber transceivers to haul the RS232 from a Substation control house to the equipment room of the unit.

For test purposes, in the initial phases, I programmed an additional RTU and had good communication between the substation RTU and the test RTU that was simulating the DCS.

When the DCS was connected to the substation RTU the serial analyzer function built into the RTU displays the poll from the DCS as "FR FR FR FR FR FR FR". I know MODBUS protocol, so I don't really need an explanation of addressing, function codes, exceptions, ECT. I am wondering if RS 232 line analyzers normally display framing problems this way? What are some of the problems that would cause framing problems? Connection is 9600 8-1-none. Ideas welcome (DCS factory Rep who programmed DCS is on vacation in Hawaii).
