The elements that are not founded in nature are mostly Inner transition metals and Transition metals, but how could there be such an element when they have to be compose with two or more substance on earth if they are made by a person. Or do those elements are about spectrum, but light is not a metal.
What would be the use of the elements that are not founded in nature? Are they useful because they have the most electrons in each of their energy levels? Does that mean they are very active? What are the use of making new hard nuclei?

They can usually be made by focusing a beam of electrons or protons onto an existing element. To the extent that those particles from the beam are trapped in the target element it now has a different atomic number and acts like a different element. The alternative is that sometimes the beam will knock off a proton or may split the target's atoms into two other elements, each with a different atomic number.

An element is defined by its Atomic Number, the no. of protons within the nucleus and therefore the no. of electrons, which governs it reactivity.

Synthetic (transuranium) nuclei (atomic no. > 92) can only be created by bombardment of a natural element with nuclei of another element or by sub-atomic particles. The process is one of nuclear fusion and may include radioactive decay e.g. emission of beta particle (electron) wherby a neutron becomes a proton.

The only useful synthetic element I think is Plutonium which is used in atomic reactors and weapons. Some are extremely short-lived and only created on a single atom basis - so very difficult to detect and difficult to be used usefully.

An element is a unique atom. All atoms consist of subatomic particles. Thus, by combining subatomic particles, unique atoms (elements) can be made.
