i have my laser and saw a thing about how to do it on youtube.
i cant' realy read what it says about "O3 CHIP" my has three 103.
do any one know about this.
i 'll really appreciate

If it is a laser diode, you can't -- it's rated for that power, and that power, only. The best you can do is maybe increase it to 6 or 7 mW, but you'll also burn it out very quickly. To increase the power slightly, you need to do some serious circuit modifications (and I would have to see exactly what circuit you had to tell you what to do). As for that Youtube video... I am very skeptical.

If it is a laser tube (He-Ne-Kr, etc.), then you can boost the power slightly (maybe to 10 mW) by increasing the operating high voltage, but certainly not by 4x or an order of magnitude -- you need a tube rated for the higher powers to operate at those higher power levels.

I think you'll need to get a 200 mw or more to point at stars Coz with a 50 mw or less the beam would be so weak after 500 meters and get it green Coz green is brighter than red and blue And purple

Are you talking about surface mount resistors? 103 means a 10,000Ω resistor.
