People power?

Think about it. A job. You could like... Run around a huge hamster wheel or run on a treadmill-type-thing or something... I'm sure that would generate a lot of energy plus it would open more job opportunities... Right? Or is this just stupid?

Here's my concept, impact from free fall will be absorbed by layering materials. I really wanted my project to be simple than from my classmates' designs. Anyway, here's the layers.. First, a medium sized box.. then inside are crumpled newspaper.. then a small sized box.. cotton inside with the egg covered with bubble film. Do you think the egg would survive? Actually I tested it from a 5 floor drop and it survived. But does anyone have tips on how to improve its structure. Thanks!

How to study to become a software programmer? I took a few programming classes, but I feel like programming is something strange. It is out or reach? Is there an easy or right way to study programming? Is it true that most programmers often get free codes from internet instead of starting programming from scratch? Is it true that when you study a programming class, you have to learn from book, and also how to use the software to compile the program? Why are the courses of programming classes in University are often hard or out of reach? Do you know some books which could help me to study programming?
