The information is incomplete. What is the density of the material being processed, what is the dwell time inside etc. Then only the number of rotations per minute and hence the angular velocity (in degrees per second) can be calculated.

Basic formula for angular velocity:

ω = θ/t


Where ω is angular velocity θ is the angle where an object rotates in time t
