It supposedly lets you hear audio signals from the dead. How do I get one?

I had an experience once while developind a remote telephone signal interceptor. I started getting voices coming through asking for me by name and saying things that nobody else could POSSIBLY know. The device I built operated by recieving transient electrical and electromagnetic impulses from active phone wires and allowed you to tune in on specific conversations without any connection to the wires carrying the signal.

I need to know more about this "Frank's Box" to see if it can reproduce the affect and so that I may check it against my own designs to see if the two are similar.

PLEASE help me with this. If the claims about this device are valid and if My research is compatable the possibilities are too amazing to ignore.

Its known as "Frank's Box" and is designed by and engineer (Named Frank) and the box has been used by a paranormal researcher known as Christopher Moon.
This is all I know.

I have a 110VAC to 14VAC AC/AC power supply that is broken - it feeds an audio amplifier. On the secondary side of the transformer in the supply there is a series capacitor (ceramic, small thing, probably 10's of nF) connected to on of the two pins from the output of the transformer. Is this likely for dc suppression or noise suppression? Since it is AC i assume the polarity is not important as to which pin the series capacitor is connected to?

i've read the manual and viewed the cd but it dosent really tell me how often calibration should be done, assume that through normal use no high levels will be found, does the external filter really need to be changed weekly?
