Open Competitive: a High School education plus four years of satisfactory experience in boiler installation and inspection, boiler shop practice, or operation and full maintenance of boiler operating at minimum pressure of 15 PSI, including all firing apparatus and control devices; OR an Associate's Degree in engineering technology and two years of the required experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree in marine or mechanical engineering.
