I have a UK combination meter to measure Voltage, Current and Wattage. It is 230V 50Hz appliance used to test household appliances. I'm using it to test Computer equipment power usage.

I need to measure the three metrics on a 230V 60Hz supply. I want to know if the meter will return an inaccurate reading for any of these. I think the Voltage will be fine but not so sure about the current!
Thanks

I have a multimeter that can generate a 4-20mA signal. There is supposed to be a way to make 0-10VDC attaching a resistor somehow, but not sure.

There have been severe storms in my country Kenya and power lines have fallen and caused a lot of injuries, some fatal to pedestrians, motorists and others.I am sure if power lines were covered with rubber sheathing or some other apopropriatde material, there would be less likelihood of electrocution, serious injury, fire or property damage. I am a lay person in these matters so I am talking from what I have seen. Thanks in advance.

i recently bought a VERY old house and one of the windows has a patch where it looks melted. i know glass is a fluid because of its structure. But is it possible that it was weaker in this area and flowed over a long period of time or was it just made that way?

I am trying to help my brother with a project for school, he has a disco ball like object hooked up to a DC motor. The motor is spinning it, but it spinning it to fast. It has to be run from a 1.5v D battery, so I can't lower the ammount of voltage at the source. what components could I use to slow the motor down? Also we can't use a different motor.

P.S. I'm good with electronics components so I have no problem using resistors etc...
