Many possible solutions are available.

One solution is to role the paper into a tube.

The solution that I like the best, is to use the two sheets of paper to order a huge amount of bricks and mortar and pile the bricks with mortar between the brick to build a conventional tower.

Fold the paper to make them both into tall, skinny squares and then stack them on top of eachother.
