On a broader sense, like someone else mentioned, electrical engineer. Then a bit more specifically, an electronics engineer. Then even more specialised dealing with the study of electromagnetics, is an RF engineer.

the word radiation means energy in motion so emr are energy .they come under the subject of physics as both electricity and magtnetism comes under physics .if u are plannin to do ur profession in these or somethin u have to go to specialisation or applied physics. hope i have helped u a bit
