What is the question? whether the military uses communications satelites? yes they do, they have their own satelites for naval ship communications, global communications and they actually own and control all the GPS satelites....whether the military can remotely take control of a commercial satelite? probably not (they would need to know a lot about the satelite and have the proper equipment to interface with that particular satelite, most satelites are built for a single purpose and have their own unique programming and control systems)
