Okay, I think I've narrowed down what I need, now I need to find it. I'm looking for a place to buy pull-pin micro switches, like the ones that are used in personal body alarms. The pin is pulled out by a lanyard, and the circuit is closed. Circuit is opened when the pin is reinserted. Needs to be light-duty. Already tried Radio Shack.

A magnet is a device that is used as a North-south direction indicator ( thus a direction finder ). It is also used to pick-up ferro-magnetic materials.

I'm not sure of the term in English, but its one of those projectors
that are used in business courses/ universtitys ect. that project hand writing, and diagrams. My question is: I have 3m between the projector and the screen/wall. What is the maximum image size I can project from a A4 tranrparency. ( I'm projecting an image onto to a wall to paint afterwards) and I need an image of roughy 3.50 from top to bottom..... The projector I'm planning to rent is a 3M 400 portable and I want to know if this system will work (size-wise) or if I have to find another soultion... thanks in advance.

Left it for a few weeks, no leaks but when removed it, you could see each cells and the contures of the battery. Is it some kind of electrolyses between the lime in the cement and the battery housing or what?
