The Quran which was sent down by god in the 4th century A.D has scientific evidence-- it tells about evry planet in the Solar System, how large they are, it tells the theory of relativity (Einstein) and it even tells how many layers there are to Earths atmosphere, something someone who lived in the 4th century it would be phisiclally imposible for a human being to know.
Why are people not convinced by this?

if you slingshot you r way around a planetoid you have to use the planets gravity to gain speed, this means that u increase kinetic energy, now since you gotta actually break free from its pull of gravity does that mean that whatever kinetic energy u gain would be lost in potential nrg trying to break free? does the planet actually move a little to combat this force?

ive never got a satisfactory answer for this. empty space appears black and since black isnt a colour (its the complete absorbsion of light) why is nothingness that colour. its not an absence of light because light travels through "empty space" and we only see it once its reflected.

Scientist know the moon plays a big part in Life on earth, Stabilizing its rotation and giving us the 4 season as well as the length of day. As it drifts further away from earth, it's projected the days will get longer as earth rotation slows. Since scientist know this, Why do they keep expecting to find life where the principles of the earth moon relationship does not exist. Such as, distance from the sun. moonless planets or moons with weak gravity.
They know if life were to exist on Mars it would have to share the same relationship earth does with it's moon. I can only guess that Mars once had earths position. Somewhere in history the moons were disturbed changing it's velocity and it lost stability. Finally why do they seek life but hide the evidence. People think it will change religious beliefs. But didn't God say he created all things so why wouldn't there be life elsewhere if God is everywhere.

For my Earth & Space science class, I need to build a model of the International Space Station. It is due tomorrow, and I, being the master of all procrastination, did not due it yet. How do I build something with such a werid shape in so little time? I can use mirrors for the solar panels..and cardboard? Any ideas would be greatly appreciatived.
