Before the "IS" was
everything that is considered "AS"
is considered "was not"
So, how could a "was not' have singularity, mass, or gravity
because in this frame of context -- they too "were not"

Here is the thing about speculating about the "pre-universe".

At the time of the big bang, all laws of physics break down, they no longer apply, so it is impossible to say what existed before the big bang, or what the conditions were.

Any answer you get will just be a WAG (wild *** guess), but my WAG would be yes, if it had mass, it had gravity. . .

There is no theory that supports a singularity existing before the universe evolved.
