hmm., it has happened b4, its probably because your file may be too big [over 10 minutes] also, if it uploaded, but u cannot view, it means it is proccesing. dont worry, it will be up in a few hours

try http://www.livevideo.com youtube is always messing up, sometimes it takes forever to upload things and your comments take like 15 minutes to show up
