I disagree with your other answer (to this point.) Ptolemy and Aristotle count as "the Greeks" and they did NOT have the Earth moving around the sun. They put the Earth in the centre of everything, unmoving. The RC church incorporated these well-accepted facts into their teachings.

There is way more observational evidence that we are in the centre, stationary, than not.
1. If we were spinning, wouldn't you feel dizzy?
2. If we were moving and you jump up, would you come down in the same place? (not according to Aristotle).
3. You see just about the same number of stars on one side of the Earth as the other. Wouldn't that mean we are in the centre?
4. If the Earth were moving through space, why doesn't it fly away from the sun or bump into a planet.

These may not be "the three" reasons you are looking for, but you can surely come up with more of them.

When you think about, what evidence do YOU personally have that Earth is moving through space at many kilometers per SECOND! What evidence do you have that your are twirling about the Earth's axis at over 1500 km/h? Did you just accept your teacher's word that we are moving and spinning?

The Greeks knew the earth moved around the sun (ref Ptomely - not sure of spelling)
Religion got in the way a few hundred years after death of Christ and decided it was the other way
Approx thousand years later Copernicus rediscovered the truth based on astronomical observations of Tycho Brahe but only published his ideas as he was dying because he was afraid the Church would have him killed for his views

1)They observed the sky regularly and thought that all stars, sun and moon are revolving around the earth. They don't considered earth as a spherical.

2)At that time Earth was considered as Mother and to capture the emotions of people in state they used Earth as center.

3)They thought that ellipses, rain, and other disasters occurs only on earth hence they take earth as their god.

Hence they thought Earth a center.
