It seems to me that, within limits, a galaxy emits light through the entire visible spectrum (except where occur absorbtion bands). I would think that each color, in turn, would become invisible to us, but another wavelength would take it's place and the galaxy would have a normal appearance. In other words if something is emitting ultraviolet through infrared radiation is receding at the proper velocity ultraviolet would become violet, and orange would become red, and the others in between would "move one notch" so to speak, leaving the object looking normal to us. Wouldn't radio wavelengths eventually become visible if the velocity of recession was correct?

When the planet Mars becomes habitable, or we make it habitable; and we have the technology to go to the red planet; should we maybe cross-breed our animals? Like the Liger that's crossbred from a lion and tiger.Cross-breed them so that we would have some unique, or almost unique animals on the red planet?
I mean wouldnt that kinda suck or seem boring everything was the same on mars as it is on Earth?Wouldnt it be more interesting if we sent some almost different animals and stuff to mars so that it would be unique and standout from the earth.Yes, the first animals would be decendents of animals on Earth, but eventually after a couple of generations or so, they would stand out as unique.
The animals, plants, and maybe food assuming it's all heathy and everything.

So who thinks it's a good idea? And who thinks I've lost my mind?

Say 300-500 years from now, if we dont extinct ourselves by then, could we have the knowledge to time travel? Look at how far we've advanced in technology in the last 50 years and the rate that it is increasing...
If so, then do we have people walking around from the future right now? They'd probably be smart enough to know not to change anything...
What about aliens? Could they be our future smarter selves? Maybe our earth becomes inhabitable so the elite humans get to inhabit this new planet with new laws of gravity so their body has less mass, which is why aliens are described as skinny. The reason we cant find them is because in our time, they dont exist, but maybe in 500 years we've colonized the moon or something and learn new laws of physics which dont exist on earth which is why we dont have that technology yet.
Am I crazy?

what were two differences between their telescopes? All I know so far is that Galileos turned things upside down, and was therefore used for astronomical researching. What was Newtons used for and what were the TWO differences between their telescopes?

I have heard about string theory etc. but not being a physicist by trade, I am trying and failing to come to terms with the concept of ten dimensions.

Everyone knows the first four, but what are the other six? Can anyone put it language an environmental scientist can understand?
