When attempting to formulate a 'proof of mathematics' you look to the simplest aspects of it, and try to prove those. The simplest aspects of mathematics would be numbers and basic functions, but the basic functions can be defined after we define addition. Of numbers, imaginary, complex, irrational, fractional, and large numbers can all be defined by these basic functions, and other numbers, specifically starting with 1 and 0.

So we have addition, 1, and 0 to prove. It might even be possible to hold out on 0.

Does this make sense? In an attempt to prove mathematics, we should start by trying to prove addition and '1', and building on that?

In trying to model the response to a stimulus, psychologist use the Weber Fechner Law. This law states that the rate of a response r, with respect to a stimulus s, is inversely proportional to the stimulus. Write a differential equation to model this law. Solve the differential equation if r(s0)= r0 for some initial stimulus s0,

At my home in Sherrills Ford, NC, I can see Orion on winter evenings. He seems to be missing a hand. From wherever you stand, you have to tilt your head sideways in order to see him. If you look at him as he was a real person standing up, tilting your head sideways, he looks sort of strange to be missing his left hand.

So-- is it me, or am I right????? Does this have something to do with the earth rotating, or the fact that stars move at about ten miles per second in space? Please answer if you can! Thanks so much!

Is it possible to give an unbiased answer to these discussive questions?

Creationism is an idea that Christians use to support their faith. It is not fundamental. They are not trying to punch people in the face forcing them to believe. There is much supported evidence that withholds Creationism as a provable theory. I, myself, do not agree with any Intelligent Design theory or anything like it, although I am a Creationist. I have read the facts of Evolution and Creation. I know my stuff. I am a Christian and I believe in Creationism. Although I am fed up with the anger and prejudice that evolutionists have towards Christians. This isn't a matter of science, it is religion. An Evolutionist and Creationist will debate, but they end up at the wall of what is to be believed. God isn't science. Why debate His existence in a scientific argument? Why are evolutionists so angry about the Christian beliefs? Why? Why? Why? So many weird questions that hurt to think about...

Suppose the earth still goes around the sun every year but you keep one side of the earth always facing the sun, so one side always sees the sun and the other side never sees it. As seen from the earth, the sun is stationary in the sky. Now in this supposed situation the stars would:

a) also seem stationary in the sky.

b) would seem to go once around the earth every day.

c) would seem to go once around the earth every year.

Is it proposed that local electromagnetic and strong nuclear forces negate universal expansion?

If not, then the Hubble constant continues to apply clear down to Planck length. We would then need to say that given a simple example, the Earth has increased in diameter by 10mm in 5,000,000,000 years; as we apply a value of 72 km/sec/Mparsec as the Hubble Constant.
