Eosinophilic fasciitis (EF) is a disease of unknown aetiology characterized by cutaneous swelling and indurations that affects predominantly the extremities, elevated immunoglobulins, and peripheral eosinophilia.
Objective: Evaluation of efficacy of Cyclosporine A in patient without response to steroid treatment with diagnosis of EF.
Patients: We report 3 patients with clinical, laboratory and pathologic characteristics of EF, whose did not response to steroid treatment. The main symptoms were orange skin, groove signs and indurations of the affected extremities, scleroderma-like signs. All patients had peripheral eosinophilia and increased creatine-kinase (CK). Pathologic findings were thickening and inflammation of the fascia and normal epidermis.

I know that with a cell/ battery electrons accumulate at the negative terminal and travel to the positive terminal.
Are some lost to the wire- as heat and light. I thought there were free electrons in the wires... do these move and if so why? Soooo confused.
