I was on Paxil 10mg's for a month and had some side effects so the doctor switched me to Lexapro 20mg's. He said they were the same type of drug so switching wouldn't cause problems. Well a few day after I switched I started getting chills and felt really crappy. I've since cut my lexapro down to 10mg's(20 seemed too strong) and feeling better. Anybody else had this happen? I think the doc was full of !@#$
