look at the coefficients of the highest power...
in the numerator, the highest degree is 2x^2 and in the denominator, the highest degree is x^2

Divide the two to get:
2x^2/x^2 = 2

So HA: y=2

y=2 as it is the limit of F(x) for x==> infinity
