I need to move empty boxes from one conveyor to another by means of forced air. The empty box activates a sensor which then releases forced air at a different location to move the box on to a different conveyor. I need to keep the box straight as it is transferred to the other conveyor.

Gravitational force: Fg= Gm1m2 / (D)^2 Fg= gravitational force. G= gravitational constant = 6.67 x (10^-11 N.m^2/kg^2) m1= mass of one object m2= mass of other object d= distance between the two masses.

Cavendish, in his experiment to determine "G" suspended a mass of 167 kg at a distance of 0.200 m from a mass of 0.800 kg. If the force of attraction as indicated on the scale of his torsion balance was 2.23 x 10^-7 N, what value did he get for "G".

Determine the distance of seperation of two 10.0 kg masses in outer space if the gravitational force of attraction between them is 5.50 x 10^-8 N.

While picking up moon rocks on the moon, the Berenstain Bears wanted to determine the mass of a particular rock, but they had no equipment for weighing objects. They did know however that the mass of the moon is 7.34 x 10^22 kg and the radius of the moon is 1.74 x 10^6m and using their Newton sprint scale, they found the weight to be 77.6 N. What is the mass of this particular rock.

I'm supposed to do a report on the Cone Penetration Test, but I am having a little trouble. What does it mean when it says the CPT is a "versatile sounding method (used to determine the materials in a soil profile and estimate their engineering properties)"?? What is "versatile sounding" ???

thank you, sorry if this should be obvious and isn't to me. Thanks!!!!

I heard there is a phenonmen a lot of people and writers talk about, like one called divine matrix of the universere where when you really wish for something, it will become true.
But I'm currently in spat with a friend and I tell them its not this force, but being psychic that determines that you think you wish for.
Case in point ( and this is a small-scale example):
I'm at home and I wonder about a friend who never calls. About less than five minutes later, she calls.
Now, did I "will" her to call me, or did I "sense" she would call.
So, what to you think it is around us?
Force that can be manipulated or Psychic energy?

someone. I am becoming interested in spells that could help and enhance my life. So as a beginner I would also like to know what happens to you if you do a money spell. I mean it's not bad so will it backfire? If it makes your life worse I won't do it, but I want to know if it's bad or not. And the previous question if it works or not. Thank you.

The directions are to name the property shown. The property can either be communutative property OR associative property.

1.) 3 x ( 8 x 4 ) = ( 3 x 8 ) x 4

2.)3 x 8 = 8 x 3

3.) 4 + 7 = 7 + 4

4.) 8 + ( 9 + 7 ) = ( 8 + 9 ) + 7

ok there are the problems.. this is what I THINK the answers should be
1.) Associative Property

2.) Commutative Property

3.)Commutative Property

4.)Associative Property

Is it correct?

Saccharin (C7H5NO3S) is sometimes dispensed in tablet form. Ten tablets with total mass of 0.5369 g were dissolved in water. They were oxidized to convert all the sulfphur to sulphate ion, which was precipitated by adding an excess of barium chloride solution. The mass of BaSO4 obtained was 0.5118 g.

What is the average mass of saccharin per tablet in mg?
What is the average mass percent of saccharin in the tablets?

I'm not sure if I'm on the right track:
.5032gBaSO4 / 233.33g =.001085mol BaSO4
.001085mol * 32.07gS=.03480gS

Not sure where to go from there. Can anyone help?

You push a 34.4 kg crate at a constant speed of 1.66 m/s across a horizontal floor with coefficient of kinetic friction 0.34. The acceleration of gravity is 9.8 m/s^2.
a) At what rate is work being done on the crate by you?
b) At what rate is energy being dissipated by the frictional force?

I found the answer to a) which was 190.23 W. But I don't know what to do for part b. Please help!!
