The phases of the cell cycle include G1 (a growth phase), S (in which DNA is replicated), G2 (an additional growth/regulatory phase), and M (mitosis and cytokinesis).

If you are specifically referring to cell division, this would probably refer to DNA synthesis/replication, Mitosis, and Cytokinesis

G1 phase(cells grow) S phase ( cells synthesize the DNA), G2 phase (Cells growth with dna) and M pahse, which consist of interpahse, prophase, metaphase, anaphase and telophase/cytokinesis.

I am assuming you mean a eukaryotic cell, and there are six phases of cell division; interphase, prophase, metaphase, anaphase, telophase, and cytokinesis.

You might also be referring to meiosis, mitosis, and cytokinesis.
