Doesn't exist -- but there are recorded instances of people doing super-human feats under extreme duress or in cases of emergency (such as raising a car) which seems to involve their adrenaline and endorphin systems and the stimulation that comes with extreme pressure. It doesn't always happen and is, in fact, very rare, but it is a combination of elements that allows it to happen. And that isn't something you can inject into your body.
