i read the usually YBCO has a high tempereature but YBCO's low temoerature's create great magnatic fields that can reach up to 50 telsa, because tempreture is realated to kinetic energy, ergo, it may conturbute, in the Going Grenn movement, so can it, or not??? and how it is related to resistive magnets, thanks.....

1. A length of wire is cut into five equal pieces. The five pieces are then connected in parallel, with the resulting reistance being 2.00 ohms. WHat was the resistance of the original lenght of wor before it was cut up.

2. An 18.0 ohms, 9.00 ohms and 6.00 ohms resistor are connected in parallel to an emf source. A current of 4.00 A is in the 9.00 ohms resistor.

a. Calculate the equivalnet reistance of the ciruit.
b. What is the potential difference across the source

I need to make a rope from 2 single sized bedsheets and a pillowcase. The rope must be strong enough for a 225 lb person to safely decend from a 4 story window to the ground. How many pieces should each bedsheet be torn into in order to make a rope strong enough to hold the person that is decending the rope? I have no room for trial and error. This has to be correct on my first attempt or else the rope will break because it's not strong enough; or the rope will be too short to reach the ground. The rope will only be used once, unless I can figure out a way to get the rope untied from the 4th story window when I'm on the ground.

it looks like a Dragonfly...but it's not. it had a black body, and possibly what looked like a stinger on it's tail. it's legs looked almost spider like and it appeared to have possibly 6 or 8 legs. it's wings resembled that of a Dragonfly. really creepy looking! my boyfriend said it's a "Flycatcher". does anyone know the correct name for this bug?

I own one of each. I know how they're different. I am looking for good illustrations to show how they're different on the inside. I will be teaching a bunch of Cub Scouts all about telescopes, the Solar System, and other Astronomy topics. I will show them my reflecting and refracting telescopes, but I'm looking for diagrams to show the internal components, as well.

I looked at the Orion site. They show many examples, but they're external photos. I want to see internal photos, diagrams, illustrations, etc. I'm looking for images that I can download, enlarge and print.

Thank you for providing links.
